How To Find Us
Directions From M25
Proceed along the M25 in an easterly direction, joining the M26 and turn off at junction 2a sign posted A20 and the B2016 (Paddock Wood).
Proceed around the roundabout onto the A20, following signs to Paddock Wood (B2016).
Proceed up the hill with the Holiday Inn (Maidstone) hotel on your left to the traffic lights. Proceed over the lights, with the Royal Oak on your right hand side and after a short distance, turn right, sign posted Paddock Wood, Offham and Mereworth (B2016).
Pass underneath the rail bridge and up the fill, around a sharp left hand bend, with the golf course on your right. After a quarter of a mile, take the next turning on the right, sign posted Platt and Great Comp Gardens (marked Comp Lane). Proceed along Comp Lane for about ½ mile, passing an Oast House and Great Comp Gardens on your left. Proceed down the fill and around the bend, again marked Comp Lane, travelling towards the centre of the village. Pass two small turnings on the left hand side and as the road narrows, Apple Trees is the second on the left past the second left hand turning. If you reach the Church, you’ve gone too far!
From Paddock Wood Train Station
From Paddock Wood Station, proceed a small distance to the junction at the bottom of the High Street. Turn right and proceed a short distance where the road bears sharply to the left and to the next road junction. At this junction, turn sharp right, and you will go over the rail bridge and proceed for about 1 mile to the next roundabout.
At this roundabout turn right – sign posted M20, West Malling, and proceed past the Beltring Hop Farm Oasts on your left hand side. At the next roundabout, go straight over, again marked M20 West Malling (Boyle Way). Proceed for about 1 ½ miles to the next roundabout (large wheel barrow on top) and turn left, sign posted M20 and West Malling.
Proceed for a further 2 miles along 7 mile lane, to the next main junction intersecting the A26 Tonbridge/Maidstone road. Proceed over this roundabout, sign posted Wrotham (B2016) – Proceed for a further mile and half up Beech Hill with the Beech Restaurant on your left passing the Weald Granaries site and Ministry of Defence, Mereworth on your left.
Just past the MOD site, the road descends steeply where there is a right hand bend. There is then an uneven humps sign beside the road and you will need to begin to break fairly sharply to turn left at carefully disguised cross-roads on to Comp Lane.
