Alexander Hunt from the Walnut Tree Company has developed in conjunction with a sustainable innovation farm these easy-to-use natural tree feed pellets.
They are a nutrient rich bio fertiliser pellet made from agricultural crops and residues that have already been used for green power generation.
Boasting natural material, they are peat free and have a vibrant design.
The nutrient content comprises of:
Nitrogen (N) 3.1%
Phosphate (P) 1%
Potassium (K) 4.3%
+ Trace Elements
Dry Matter Content 91.6%
Instruction for use
The Walnut Tree Company’s advice is to purchase 500grams of the pellets per tree and to use mix 250grams of the pellets with the soil when planting. The reminder 250grams is to be scattered evenly around the base of the establishing tree in years 1 and 2.
They can also be used in allotments, vegetable gardens, flower beds, pot plants and lawns.
Handling instructions
Wear gloves when handling and wash hands after use.
Store in a cool dry place.
Do not ingest – if swallowed seek medical advice.
The pellets are non-toxic but may pose a choking hazard.
The pellets are available in 500g bags or 12kg boxes.
